    Position summary

    reporting and insights role, be accountable for data quality and adoption of the reports & dashboards. The role will act as a liaison between multiple business areas for reporting and analytic development purposes. This role, with their technical expertise, will not only design and develop Business Intelligence content (reports, dashboards, KPI/scores, analytic solutions) by identifying reporting/analytic requirements and determining business rules through a structured elicitation process, but also drive enterprise wide system architecture to make it easier for business users to get the data they need.

    The ideal candidate has a background in business intelligence, information technology, computer science or statistics, has proven success in establishing and leading Business Intelligence/Reporting function, and has the desire to be a thought-leader on a quickly growing team.

    Job Description
    Roles and Responsibilities

    In this role, You will:

    • Lead enterprise-wide reporting & analytics system/solution concept to delivery, combining data from multiple sources (CRM, CPQ, ERP...)

    • Ensure it is easier for business to consume data & metrics avoiding inefficiencies, system hopping, duplications or un-needed manipulation of data

    • Champion Business Intelligence strategy with stakeholders across all three business units, build reports & dashboards that drive business insights.

    • Provide though leadership and subject matter expertise in business intelligence, operational analytics, key performance indicators (KPI).

    • Provide both short and long-term solutions by creating optimal BI/Reporting solutions to address critical business needs, prepare & present business insights for senior leaders that drive action.

    • Be the first point of contact for business reporting/business intelligence need, capturing requirements, and following our delivery process, deliver the reports/dashboards.

    • Collaborate with the business stakeholders to understand business reporting requirements, create accurate reports for internal business partners, including visuals to interpret the data.

    • Drive holistic user experience, report and dashboard designs, bringing in standardizations & consistencies in reports & analytics.

    • Own the data quality across the systems for accurate reporting.

    • Correlate multiple data points to create BI reports/metrics to tell a holistic story, automating where possible, eliminating redundancies, improving efficiencies.

    • Work, following our delivery process, with other delivery teams including Salesforce, CPQ, Fusion, Data & Analytics, to create a comprehensive cross-platform report/dashboard.

    • Utilize technical reporting skillset to drive optimized solutions.

    • Stay up to date with new reporting tools and BI strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Software, or related field

    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work/technical experience.

    • 5+ years' experience in report creation, data analytics, or related role.

    • 5+ years' experience in designing enterprise scale data eco-system in multiple-source company.

    • 5+ years' experience in creating reports based on Oracle CPQ/other enterprise CPQ platform data.

    • Strong experience in understanding how data from multiple sources could be collected to create business insights through reports & dashboards.

    • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce.

    • Expert level skills in Einstein reporting, ability to derive insight from the data and present to the business.

    • Strong combination of financial/business knowledge and technical competency to build creative reports/dashboards.

    • Experience creating data visualizations, charts, graphs, tables, conditional formatting, etc.

    • Experience required across the data development lifecycle including requirements gathering through report creation and analysis.

    • Strong experience / demonstrated success releasing high quality products.

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
