You'll manage digital marketing, including website and customer portal, and creative services to support campaigns, events, and collateral. This role will collaborate with product marketing, regional marketing, marketing operations and IT.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing digital marketing and creative services teams, managing multiple agency relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, IN and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing in the same location.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the creative team in the creation of high-quality assets and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Oversee the creative process to ensure on-time delivery of assets to support key product launches, events, and campaigns.
Develop and execute digital strategies to optimize customer journeys and increase engagement and conversion rates.
Oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation and optimization. Monitor and interpret analytic data and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem.
Manage and cultivate outside agency relationships to ensure that advertising, media, content, and digital strategies effectively support and enhance brand vision and strategy and deliver maximum impact and value.
Ensure programs are executed in a timely fashion, within budget parameters with the goal of maximizing the return on investment.
Foster strong engagement and healthy cooperative partnerships with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, industry marketing, regional marketing, ABM, and business leaders, to understand relevant industry trends and customer needs.
Work closely with marketing leadership to scale the team in alignment with organizational growth objectives, identifying opportunities for talent development and skill enhancement.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive individual and team success.
Skills and Experience
10+ years' experience building, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B software business
5+ years managing a team; preference for experience overseeing creative teams
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field
Self-directed with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
