Capable to do burnishing and skim cut, patch ring, aluminum / cupper sleeves, threading, praising.
Ability to perform Run out by Accuscan machine.
Ability to operate the VBM.
Ability to train and coach others.
Work closely with Supervisors Engineer to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
Will be required to perform efficiently with little or no supervision.
Capable to use instrument for measurement check
Follow 5S (Sort, stabilize, shine, standardize, sustain) Lean Principles, safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Technical college degree or equivalent degree or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years as a Machinist.

Desired Characteristics:

Diploma or Technical college degree or equivalent ( Mechanical , Electrical or similar discipline)
5 to 10 years as a total experience
Ability to read and communicate in English.
Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set.
adaptable and open to change.
Work in Change shifts , both Day & Night shift
