What you will do
Lead the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts for gas turbine customers
Plan and coordinate power plant outages, including parts, resources, logistics, and schedules
Work closely with customer Operations & Maintenance teams to optimise asset reliability and availability
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, planning, field service, parts, commercial, quality and EHS) to deliver safe and effective service execution
Identify and manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks, driving timely issue resolution
Act as the focal point for customer communication, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction
Support contract administration, variations, invoicing, and financial performance in line with agreed KPIs
What we're looking for
Experience in gas turbine services, power generation, or industrial asset operations
Background in contract management, project coordination, outage planning, or service delivery
Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia (and occasionally regionally)
Experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines (including legacy Alstom fleets) and outage execution is highly regarded, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in complex industrial services.
