Lead development of proactive technical solutions to prevent issues prior to becoming large business cost drivers
Lead executive-level internal and external stakeholder reviews and technical discussions
Provide technical supervision for retrofits and validation of performance increase.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Fleet Management.
Eligibility Requirements:
Ability and willingness to travel 15% of the time
Ability and willingness to climb a wind turbine.

Wind turbine industry experience
Experience with generator, electrical, and/or controls functions of a turbine

Ability to present technical data in a succinct and clear manner

The base pay range for this position is $98,400 - $164,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for sales incentive compensation of 10%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than October 7, 2024.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
