Our Erlanger, KY Service Center is responsible for manufacturing, assembly, and/or repairs of large utility grade Steam Turbines and Generators.
Job Description
Your Role
Lead by example with a focus on EHS, Quality, Compliance and excellence in execution
Proactively manage customer relationships to remain current with their required outcomes
Ensure an open reporting culture from the grass roots level upwards
Ensure clear communication of key customer/business priorities to employees Lead Strategic partnerships, growth initiatives and KPI alignment
Creation and execution of the Plant Level operating plan
Collaborative approach with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met, building relationships and escalating as appropriate
Coach and develop employees to support their performance and growth
Lead the plant initiatives to achieve goals in asset utilization and process improvement
Continuously improve/simplify manufacturing processes and operating rhythm through use of the Lean Toolkit and Continuous Improvement mindset
Drive operational excellence to improve performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
Provide effective leadership to enhance cost effectiveness and create a diverse, highly functioning team, communicate openly across the plant
Maintain compliance of GE policies, procedures and initiatives
Act as the main Plant manufacturing interface with Customers and functional stakeholders regarding work in progress, service offerings, and other service related activities
Maintain positive and constructive employee relations
Drive opportunities for operational growth with existing and new customers
S&OP, Budget, and Long Range Forecast for the Plant
Basic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from an accredited university of college and 10+ years of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is $118,500 to $158,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
