II. Essential Functions, responsibilities
• Interpret fabrication drawings and prepare workpieces accordingly
• Perform cutting, bending, forming, and shaping of plates, pipes, and structural materials
• Carry out fitting and assembly of components to required dimensions and tolerances
• Conduct tack-welding (pre-welding) prior to final welding
• Verify dimensions and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment (e.g., cutting machines, bending machines, roll forming machines)
• Follow workplace safety rules and maintain a clean working environment
III. Qualifications requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in fabrication (boilers, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, or heavy industry)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic welding skills for tack-welding

VI. Desired Characteristics
• Experience in boiler, pressure vessel, or power plant equipment fabrication
• Holder of fabrication or mechanical-related certifications
• Ability to operate overhead cranes or forklifts
• Strong collaboration skills with welders and assembly teams
• Completion of occupational safety and health training
• Open & Honest and Trustworthy
• Can work individually and/or in a team and can handle high working pressure / Resilience
• Up to date technical Knowledge of the latest trends in manufacturing Technology and ability to apply and adapt
