y-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.
There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:
Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):
BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain. Supply chain degrees should have hands on manufacturing experience.
Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Desire to stay in the United Kingdom post completion of the OMLP program
Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding).
Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate)
No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience
Open to relocation (within home country. There are no international rotations)
Fluent in English.

A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain
Relocation requirement: All rotations will be in the United Kingdom. There are no international rotations. Must be willing to stay in the Stafford area upon completion of the program.
