Draft project follow-up meeting summaries (internal and external)
Coordinate all activities related to the project and field service (procurement, logistics, customs, finance...)
Follow project spend vs budget (cost, materials, labor) & GE procurement department on supplier deliveries
Communicate and inform the customer of project progress on a regular basis.
Produce the project Post-Mortem analysis report
Responsible to issue the variation orders & to improve the project management processes: project preparation, Service contracts, etc.
Required Qualifications
Relevant Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 5 year Project Management experience or similar role performing duties listed above.
Desired Characteristics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Field service experience
French speaker is a plus
SAP Knowledge
Experience in the high voltage transmission market

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
