Drive People and operational safety in accordance with GE and Country legal requirements
Daily dispatch of crews for down turbines to perform troubleshooting
Manage the non-core activities (proactive climbs and retrofit) and bundling them as much as possible with troubleshooting activities
Be a specific customer interface for activities under his/her scope as well as to deal with customer's general inquiries on a daily basis
Internal interface mainly with FPM, Parts, MCUs, Blades and planned maintenance, to ensure Turbines high availability and tasks bundling
People leader for technicians, team management, coaching and developing the team
Strong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the activities under his/her scope of work as well as drive productivity improvements
Drive results to meet the established KPI's
Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technical related field, or significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM in combination with an apprenticeship in business or technical related field
Strong Quality and EHS mindset
Significant technical experiences in Wind service business
Ability to work effectively across functions and manage in a matrix environment
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters
Customer focus as well as strong analytical and quantitative skills
Willingness to travel
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)
Desired Characteristics
Strong personal interest in latest technology trends in the field of digitization and IT
Solid process and program management skills.
