    Position summary

    , schedule, and thoroughly communicate with allocated resources to complete engineering deliverables

    • Identify and drive resolution to customer issues through leadership to the rest of Engineering and Commercial teams resulting in timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction

    • Create and/or facilitate project specific engineering instructions as well as customer reports

    • Actively participate in customer meetings

    • Provide timely & accurate responses to customer and field teams technical inquiries for product implementation, validation, and customer reports

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience)

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering

    • Ability and availability to travel 10% of the year

    Desired Characteristics

    • Comfortable providing technical presentations to peers, customers and leadership regarding the details of technical issues and project status

    • MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential, while knowledge of VBA, SQL, OPC, ODBC, MODBUS, MATLAB, ControlST & MarkVIe controls software are advantages

    • Strong analytical skills, able to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to understand and resolve problems

    • Power Generation, renewable energy, and wind industry experience

    The salary range for this position is $88,600 - $147,600 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on March 15th or thereafter.
