    Position summary

    evals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment, and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.

    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.

    • Drive overall standard work and continuous improvement with key processes for manufacturing finance.

    • Proactively seek opportunities for automation, standardization, process improvement, and cost out in conjunction with reporting requirements.

    • Acts as an SME for colleagues with less experience to help coach and mentor to understand key topics.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance / Accounting

    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting areas

    • Previous MS Dynamics AX experience would be an advantage

    Desired Characteristics

    • Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g. FMP, PFLP, etc.)

    • Supply chain finance is an advantage

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Attitude to "own" problems and responsibility areas

    • Can handle big databases and running reports from ERP

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure

    • High level of organization, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables

    • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

    • Effective problem identification and solution skills

    • Proven analytical and organizational ability
