• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects and resource requirements. Explains information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

• 3 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.

• 3 years of CNC machine programming experience.

The base pay range for this position is $90K-$110K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 10/16/2024, or thereafter.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
