Should have experience in SAP, Handling Unionized work force with good business communication & negotiation skills
Hands on experience in Lean principles & ISO system knowledge.
Able to handle Production planning activities & lead / work in CFT actions.
Flexibility for Shift working (Occasionally) will be needed for this role based on business scenario.
Required Qualifications
For this role - Bachelor's degree in EEE / Mech from an accredited university or college with 12 - 14 yrs experience ( with at least 4-6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Exposure to T&D business will be an added advantage
