Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding the project scope technically and commercially
Order registration , Drawings and other document submission and approvals.
Execution planning in co-ordination with the planning and manufacturing team
Customer inspection management , despatch and revenue recognition.
Ensuring the cash collection within the stipulated time
Supporting on any after sales /service during the guarantee phase.
Ensuring clear contract closure after retrieval of BG and other associated documents.
Ensuring the Revenue , Cash, On time delivery , Customer compliant management , customer responsiveness , R&O management and mitigation are done in line with the KPI
Ful adherence to Safety, Integrity , GE Vernova values & other Compliance requirements.
Able to communicate well with internal and external stake holders and deliver the results in uncertain scenario.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering - preferably electrical engineering Have minimum 10 years experience in handling complex projects preferably in domestic market and also knowledge of export execution .
Good product knowledge .
Project management skills .
Good commercial acumen
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and deploy clear mitigation plans.
Should be accountable and result oriented .
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
