• Industrial Handbook audit and update for manufacturing process adherence.

• Identify the gaps in existing process and prepare the required work instructions, procedures and other related documents for the gaps and new process.

• Benchmarking and implementing the best practices from the industry.

• Drives Process FMEA for the various manufacturing process and support in DFMEA.

• Participate & share manufacturing lessons learned in Gate reviews (Engineering & Manufacturing), participate in shop production launch review.

• Facilitate to drive Lean, Digital and Visual management deployment in all manufacturing engineering activities on the shop floor.

• Support in CAPEX related project activities from analyzing the Capex requirement, its justification, related approvals and execution.

• Facilitates in New product development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical /Industrial/ Electrical from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in transformer manufacturing industry.

• Strong domain knowledge of high voltage (400 KV & above) transformer manufacturing process.

• Exposure of CAPEX expansion projects.
