Lead Lean / Kaizen initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams both locally and globally.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or related fields).
Experience or strong interest in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with Scheduling Tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Basic skills in 2D/3D CAD software.
Experience in plant, heavy industry, HRSG, or pressure vessel manufacturing.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional project environment.
