Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite.
Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments.
Also make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process.
Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Provides informal guidance to new team members
Use some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in software, Electrical, Computer or comparable engineering discipline from an accredited university or college
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial software services or product development functions
Minimum 3 years of experience designing or implementing MES applications
Eligibility Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to customer sites.

Additional Desired Characteristics
Minimum 3 years of experience with GEV products such as Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy Cimplicity, Proficy Historian, Proficy Scheduler (Rob-Ex) or comparable competitive products
Experience with Python
Experience MS SQL Store Procedures development
Strong exposure to web applications development in HTML5 or Angular
Experience with Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, pulp and paper or consumer good industry
Experience with Amazon Web Services and cloud architecture
Software skills in software analysis, design, methodology, and architecture
Programming experience in software development with Development tools and programming languages like C/C++, C# using .NET Framework
Exposure to data management technologies, including automated data collection, data management, visualization, analytics, SCADA, scheduling, and interface to ERP systems.
Basic knowledge in networking protocols
Experience with Windows, SQL databases, Web Services and SOA technologies
Experience with enterprise software and large distributed systems
Excellent communication skills, a team player, with ability to energize
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor
Strong business acumen in a technical environment
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
