  • Ensure smooth one-piece flow by resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes for better delivery outcomes.
• Costs:
  • Manage overtime efficiently to control labor costs and achieve budgetary targets.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance cost-effectiveness of operations.
• Upkeep and 5S:

  • Oversee the upkeep of the lean line, ensuring all equipment and machinery are functioning optimally.

  • Implement and maintain 5S principles to organize the workplace, promoting efficiency and safety.

  • Encourage and train team members to adhere to 5S practices, fostering a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a lean manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

• Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop training plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC with at least 5 years relevant work experience or equivalent
