Able to develop and drive solutions to any gaps in process or procedure.
Be the focal point for the customer to contact for any questions on Parts quotes, open orders and claims and drive resolution by collaborating with functional support team(s) as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
At least 7 years of experience in Power Generation services in a commercial, customer service, field service, shop operations, engineering, and/or marketing role.
Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, CPQ, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, mainly to customer offices and sites.
