l - Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of salary payment to employee by performing end to end validation of payroll
Will be responsible to ensure that monthly payroll input validation to avoid any misses - audits on HC, exits, hires and any monthly inputs submitted by HR Ops team member.
Work cross functionally with internal teams, suppliers, external teams and become a contributing member of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma holder in Human Resource or relevant Industry Regulations certification.
In-depth knowledge of APAC Payroll processes (preferably North Asian countries)
Candidate must have knowledge of Mandarin and/or Japanese
Should have 5+ Years of experience in Payroll management & HR Operations and relevant industry knowledge.
Should have a sound knowledge about the service behaviours and have a strong control on how to support the GE Vernova in it's implementation and making it a great organization for Self Service.

Country Regulatory / Statutory / Payroll Knowledge for APAC region (preferably North Asian countries)

Willing to take up new responsibilities and challenge himself / herself.
