Documentation: Writing and maintaining accurate records of machining processes, inspections, maintenance, programming changes and operation procedures.
Industrialization of everything connected with the NTI (pre-setting, CAD/CAM software, tooling manufacturing, process quality engineering)
Quality Control: Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations, tooling, and programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC machining processes into overall production workflow.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in machining and CNC programming.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming, strong understanding of machining processes, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Capability to prioritize business requirements and to efficiently manage assigned budgets.
Full availability to travel for business purposes world-wide.
Previous experience in technical selection of new equipment / Industrialization.

Proven years of experience in component manufacturing or repair and overhaul environment with one or more of the following turbo-machinery: Aeroderivative gas turbine, Heavy Duty gas turbines.
Extensive experience within GE / BH repair business
