    The Procurement Intern will be responsible for supporting the U.S. and Canadian Procurement teams. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process and supplier management. You will work closely with our procurement team and support various initiatives aimed at improving our outcomes.

    Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and internal stakeholders

    • Support Procurement team to perform request for quotations and purchase order placement, as well as, follow up with vendors delivery.

    • Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected in December 2027.

    • Fluent in English is a must.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Proficient in PowerBI

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Interest in procurement and supply chain management.

    • Possess good communication skills.
