Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Minimum of 2 years of previous leadership / supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Characteristics
Engineering or management degree.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Established project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
The base pay range for this position is $80,000- $100,000**.** The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10**%** performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
*The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
