Production Supervisor 1st Shift

• Communicates with direct team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

• Ability to work in other operations to cover as needed.

• Own continuous improvement and lean improvement projects for your area.

• Manage production schedule metrics and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.

• Minimum of 2 years of previous leadership / supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Desired Characteristics

• Engineering or management degree.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Established project management skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000- $100,000**.** The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10**%** performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
