Identifies and evaluates risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in one's area of responsibility
Preparing and presenting Project Management Review (PMR) to GE management
Managing and coordinating with customers/contractors in project execution in line with GE project management handbook
Executing projects in accordance to GE Grid process and core values of safety and integrity
Delivering Project Financial results: Sales & Margin, billing and cash collection
Drive Customer Quality complaints & Non-conformity of Product with different stake holders on root cause analysis and resolution process
Report/resolve any non-conformance and process in a timely manner
Demonstrate EHS and compliance ensuring Zero Deviation
Identifies and evaluate EHS and compliance risks and proposes practical measures
To secure Variations Orders & negotiating claims with customer & sub-contractors
Support tendering/sales with Return of Experience
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Grid Products such as Gas Insulated switchgear (GIS), Air Insulated switchgear (AIS), Power Transformers, protection relays and Substation system
Knowledge of Microsoft Project
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead projects
Proactive work style, creativity, energetic & self-motivator with latest industry trends and knowledge
