• Work to maintain and develop highest level of industrial standard best practices.

• Technical issues ownership, escalation and follow up through jidoka/NCR/CAPA

• Collaboration with other functions to improve processes.

• Responsibility for EHS & Quality performance of the Workshop.

• Site Safety rules application.

• EHS documentation for operations on place.

• EHS equipment provisioning and inspections.

• Support timesheet.

• Check quality documentation, new WDI creation.

Required qualifications:

• Certified in the use of lifting equipment, such as overhead wall cranes. As well as lifting methods and practices using slings, hooks, chains, etc.

• Trained on bearings assembly practices, including clearance and preload calculation.

• Trained in the use of sealing and adhesiveness for bearings assembly.

• Trained in hoses manufacturing and testing.

Desired characteristics:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow mechanical and electrical engineering drawings.

• Self-motivated to work with minimal guidance.

• Ability and willingness to work at heights and confined spaces, not limited to unnatural positions in order to reach tight spots.
