Tham gia họp cấp tổ/chuyền sản xuất và cung cấp phản hồi liên quan đến an toàn, môi trường, sức khỏe.

Communicate, discuss, and guide employees and contractors to follow safety regulations.
Tuyên truyền, thảo luận và hướng dẫn nhân viên, nhà thầu thực hiện đúng quy định an toàn.

Record, report, and coordinate handling of safety violations, incidents, and accidents. Participate in investigations and propose preventive measures.
Ghi nhận, báo cáo và phối hợp xử lý vi phạm an toàn, sự cố, tai nạn. Tham gia điều tra nguyên nhân và đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa.

Participate in periodic training on occupational safety, fire prevention, chemical safety, and first aid.
Tham gia huấn luyện định kỳ về ATLĐ, PCCC, CHCN, sơ cấp cứu.

Update daily/weekly/monthly safety records and reports as required.
Cập nhật hồ sơ, báo cáo an toàn hàng ngày/tuần/tháng theo yêu cầu.

Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Thực hiện công tác 5S và hoạt động cải tiến liên tục.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Requirements / Yêu cầu:

Graduated from vocational school or higher, preferably in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, etc.
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Bảo hộ lao động, Kỹ thuật Môi trường, Cơ khí, Điện, Xây dựng...

1-3 years of experience in safety supervision in manufacturing, metallurgy, construction, logistics, or equivalent fields.
Có từ 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát an toàn trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, luyện kim, xây dựng, vận chuyển hoặc tương đương.

Solid understanding of legal regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention, and environment.
Nắm vững quy định pháp luật về ATLĐ, PCCC, môi trường.

Strong skills in observation, risk identification, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
Kỹ năng quan sát, phát hiện rủi ro, giao tiếp, hợp tác và làm việc nhóm.
