    Position summary

    recent graduate and materialize concepts and practices learned at the university level into a dynamic and engaging workplace.

    The team you will be part of is responsible for risk reviews of commercial contracts, supply and demand coordination and volume forecast.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Scheduling risk reviews for all level of approvals required, making sure the necessary stakeholders can be present.

    • Scheduling handover meetings from commercial to execution, making sure key stakeholders can be present.

    • Ensuring all necessary documentation is stored correctly for the handover meeting to be successful.

    • Maintain process-related information in the official database / repository.

    • Support the update and maintenance of standard contracts and related tools.

    • Update volume demand in our internal systems and represent the commercial function in the weekly pacing with the fulfillment team.

    • Prepare volume update files for the monthly operating reviews of the commercial team.

    • Manage the communications of the Risk Team.

    • Additional support to the Sales Operations and Risk Team as necessities and processes evolve.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or similar, preferred Law or Business Administration.

    • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.

    • Spanish or German is not required but considered as plus.

    • Contemporary IT skills, including MS Excel and web-based applications.

    • Part time morning availability 4 hours per day.

    • Mainly office work required with flexibility of remote (location: C/Osiris 11, 28037- Madrid)

    • If contracted in Spain:
      Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
