Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Extensive experience in HR operations, including reporting, onboarding, and payroll coordination, proven track record of familiarity with the specifics in Switzerland and Austria
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Workday, SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written German and English language skills
