in the SEC 2 Bulk Program, actively engaged on all related internal and external meetings
develop consolidation plans, traceability strategy, prepare and execute shipping transactions
Technical, logistics and operational interface between the customer, Internal Project Managers and Project Managers, and global logistic coordinators
In coordination with SEC 2 Logistics function in France, supervise and control all project and fulfilment related milestones such as scopes, timelines, expenses and risks impacting projects
Identify, log, and track risks & opportunities and report regularly to the Project Managers
In coordination with customs specialists, verify and ensure all import documentation issued by the suppliers / factories is accurate, completed and according to the importing regulatory standards
Cooperate with the customs team and with other internal/external stakeholders to ensure on time custom clearance and delivery to site with emphasis on avoiding additional costs such as penalties, storage and demurrages.
Follow and adhere existing logistics best practices of GEV in Saudi Arabia
Single point of contact for internal and external customers where any logistics solutions are required
Support all documentations and organize the local performance within Saudi Arabia's 14 projects
Issue and update Master Packing List to the customer
Continuously Update & Maintain all logistics related tools utilized by Power Conversion
Issue resolution on all logistics related defects, managing RCAs and NCRs
Coordinate with Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure all delivery and shipment release requirements are met
Ensure corrective actions and containment plans are in place to avoid incident repeatability
Be engaged with the finance team to ensure custom duties are processed promptly
Ensure all logistics transactions are executed in accordance with GEV & Country Compliance regulations
Actively pursue cost avoidance practices during logistics execution phase
Compliance to GEV EHS life saving rule and STOP WORK culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 7 years work experience in logistics, with specific focus on energy projects in Saudi Arabia
Experience interfacing with customs teams and brokers
Experience on SEC / EPC energy projects
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and forwarders across the globe
Detailed knowledge in ICC defined terms and conditions
Extended knowledge of export regulations, terms and processes
Fluent in Arabic and English
Eligibility Requirement

Desired Characteristics
Prior experience on DDP is a plus
Work experience in international trading
Six Sigma trained
Integrated Management Systems knowledge (pref. SAP, ORACLE)
Mentoring or training abilities
Self-disciplined and defining functional objectives in accordance with our contract objectives
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle changing priorities
