    Position summary

    documentation to meet the customer needs.

    • Interface with Services and Repair organizations to ensure customer expectations are being met.

    • Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects & services, alone or as part of a multi-functional team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity.

    • PO creation for activities related service operation under MCU.

    • Coordination on resource management for Material and Manpower support.

    • Follow-up on AP process related to Vendor payments and record updation.

    • Preparation of quotes ,review and finalization incoordination with Services Lead.

    • Travel arrangement in coordination with Visa requirements for Techs movement across APAC

    • Hub 1 Cost track - Spent GE warranty, Transactional Job & other Pre COD Jobs

    • Support on Invoicing and maintaining track for payment s

    • Task creating & Closing with respective to Warranty claims with internal systems.

    • Monitor and controls Account related to Services operations.

    • Warranty cost booking & Follow up with LM Finance team for ledger transfer

    • Record and maintain Travel Techs including submission of Allowance &STBT Process with internal systems

    • Customer payment follow up and accounting.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Graduate /Diploma in engineering or science or commerce

    • Overall 5-10 years experience, of which at least 3 years of experience as a service co-ordinator

    • Understanding of Quality processes & finance process

    • Strong communication skills

    • Familiar with MS Office, ERP systems , E-Service

    • Structured method of work and analytical abilities

    • High degree of flexibility

    Desired Characteristics

    • Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.

    • Flexibility to travel to service sites as necessary

    • Leadership skills and ability to effectively operate in a matrix team / organization.

    • Strong Presentation skills
