Graduate /Diploma in engineering or science or commerce
Overall 5-10 years experience, of which at least 3 years of experience as a service co-ordinator
Understanding of Quality processes & finance process
Strong communication skills
Familiar with MS Office, ERP systems , E-Service
Structured method of work and analytical abilities
High degree of flexibility
Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
Flexibility to travel to service sites as necessary
Leadership skills and ability to effectively operate in a matrix team / organization.
