    Position summary

    u will be:

    • Establish ERP enterprise architecture governance framework: Implement and maintain the architecture governance framework to align with organizations' application simplification strategy and enterprise pillar strategy.

    • Act as subject matter expert in ERP Integration technologies, keep abreast of all latest technological trends, partner closely with cloud transformation team and define a roadmap for future state of ERP cloud integrations.

    • Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple architectural engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes

    • Lead ERP integration implementation with 3 rd party systems focusing on Cloud-native technology like SAP BTP Cloud Integration suite

    • Demonstrate ability to influence business, functional , IT and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.

    • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in integration/architecture landscape for the Enterprise Solutions team.

    • Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.

    • Present functional and IT leadership with signature-ready recommendations that properly consider for: a) current and future people/organizational frameworks; b) current (non-standard) and future (standard) lean business processes; as well as c) current and emerging information technology tools & solutions; by working on highly complex programs and projects that require in-depth knowledge within the ERP domain.

    • Define strategies, design standards/principles, design models/patterns, technology roadmaps/blueprints, patterns, appropriately considering for current technology obsolescence and working effectively across multiple technical and functional domains.

    • Leverage SAP Signavio to inventory detailed catalog of current processes and capabilities along with associated technology maturity and obsolescence horizon.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways

    • Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions ERP Initiatives teams as well as Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics and Data Science teams.

    • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.

    Education Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.

    • A minimum of 12 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas

    Skills :

    • Passion for solving business problems using ERP and a passion for emerging technologies such as AI. Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to GE Vernova. Proactively learns new solutions and processes to address seemingly unanswerable problems.

    • Ability to understand cloud native solutions for ERP Integrations

    • Ability to understand, process, and interpret data to extract insights and communicate findings effectively to support business decisions.

    • Experience with ERP processes in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of ERP integrations with other satellite systems.

    • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal.

    • Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.

    • Strong global team player. Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals.

    • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies and / or industry activities.

    • Ability to manage third party partner teams to drive successful business outcomes.

    • Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.
