Lead applicable Oracle transitions into ERP+ Operations team ensuring knowledge transfers, documentation and resources end to end have the necessary knowledge to be successful.
Proactively submit Kaizen opportunities focusing on day to day improvement activities within the Oracle ERP+ systems, but also not limiting to just Oracle.
Understand current processes and actively participate and potentially lead necessary workshops to standardise ERP+ Operational processes across multiple systems.
Take part in bubble assignments in the ERP+ Operations space ensuring a focus on meeting positive outcomes and benefits as defined.
Coaching and Cross training colleagues on Oracle basic principles, including but not limiting to creating necessary training documentation.
Participate within the necessary Change Control Board Review Processes as outlined by broader ERP+ organisation.
Ensure conformance to established systems architecture, and IT required standards and practices.
Work Closely with multiple teams and GE Stakeholders to ensure deliverables are coordinated and communicated effectively within a complex matrix organisation.
Adopt lean and standard work as part of daily culture
Participation as needed within the ERP Instance management activities.
Compliance and participation with all IT Audits as assigned by the ERP+ Operations transition leader.
Understanding and leveraging key ITIL process methodology to support day to day activities.
Provide necessary support for asset management activities to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.

Ensure conformance to Operations standards / practices
Partner with stakeholders as assigned to prioritise and lead mandatory compliance, productivity, and business Lean initiatives.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
Strong Business analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers
Proactively engages with cross functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking, analytical skills and best practices

Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:
Operations or Implementation experience in Key modules of Oracle ERP in Accounts Receivables, Project Accounting, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management.
Oracle, ITIL, SAP or other GE ERP Knowledge
