Supplier Quality Commodity Leader (Welded structures)

nd Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME).

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and 8D problem-solving, ensuring corrective actions are deployed across the commodity.

• Implement key quality and process improvement initiatives within the commodity, including CTQ (Critical to Quality), Manufacturing Instructions (MI), FMEA, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and APQP.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Language: Fluent in English

• Experience: Solid experience in fabrication and welding, including the manufacturing of critical welded structures, with familiarity in WPS/PQR, process validation, and NDT practices. Proven involvement in supplier qualification, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and leading RCA, 8D, and corrective action deployment is also essential.

• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Certifications: NDT certification, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma certification

• Personality Traits: highly self-motivated, proactive professional with strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, who thrives in cross-functional, global teams and maintains a process- and results-oriented mindset.
