Supply Chain Project Costing Specialist (F/M)

• Responsable de la remise en question les coûts et d'établir des comparaisons avec l'objectif afin de favoriser les optimisations ;

• Contribuer à activer la NPI (New Product Introduction) et la DMP (Direct Material Productivity) et à relever les défis constants pour améliorer notre productivité, notre abordabilité et notre compétitivité.

• Contribuer à la gestion, la promotion, la simplification et à la numérisation de nos processus, BMS, ITOC, optimisation des outils ;

• Amélioration et évaluation des connaissances techniques sur notre portefeuille et nos solutions.

• Contribuer à améliorer le développement de la solution de référence et maintenir l'exactitude de la base de coûts.

• Diverses initiatives avec l'équipe pour améliorer et simplifier notre performance globale.

Profil & qualifications recherchés :

• Diplôme de master Supply Chain et/ou expérience équivalente

• Capacité à travailler en anglais, dans un environnement mondial et une organisation matricielle

• Expérience en matière de coûts et d'approvisionnement

• Niveau d'anglais courant (requis)

• Bon niveau d'allemand, d' espagnol et/ou de français (apprécié)

• Autonomie, communication et sens de l'initiative

• Sens de l'organisation, esprit analytique et synthétique

• Logiciels de bureautique (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Visio, autres...)

Role & Responsibilities :

• EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) : as a number one priority, Internal/External Traction with Suppliers, and internal stakeholders ;

• Accountable of the overall coordination with internal stakeholders to bundle the most optimistic PDG cost along our opportunities across all the regions ;

• Accountable to challenge the costs and drive comparisons with the target to drive optimizations ;

• Contribute to enable NPI (New Product Introduction) / DMP (Direct Material Productivity) and constant challenges to improve our productivity, affordability, Competitiveness ;

• Contribute to Drive, Promote, Simplify, and digitalize our processes, BMS, ITOC, Tool Optimization ;

• Improve, Benchmark of the Technical Knowledge about our portfolio and solutions ;

• Contribute to enhance the development of the reference solution and maintain the cost basis accurate ;

• Miscellaneous initiatives with the team to improve and simplify our overall Performances.

Profile & Qualifications :

• Master (Supply Chain) and/or similar experience

• Ability to work in English, in a global environment and matrix organization

• Experienced in Costing, Sourcing

• Fluent English level (required)

• German, Spanish &/or French (appreciated)

• Autonomy, communication & sense of initiative (required)

• Clear thinker, analytical & synthetic (appreciated)

• Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Visio, other IT skills)
