Acts as technical support to the commercial teams, providing technical expertise during Customer presentations, demonstrations and sales calls. Leading and presenting the presentation or demonstration.
Responsible for the pre-sales technical support of customers and for finding the most cost-effective solution.
Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with customers areas related to products, systems and service decisions.
Support the development of new leads and market opportunities in Latin America.
Partner with peers and management to enhance selling techniques and approaches in line with both the region's growth objectives and Grid Automation's initiatives.
Provide market dynamics input such as competitive intelligence and industry trends to the Region Management.
Prepare and present technical presentations and case studies at market/customers conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering;
Minimum 6 years of experience in wireless devices (Radios, Modems and PLTE);
Advanced English and Spanish;
Desired knowledge of Portuguese;
Availability to travel 50% of the time in the month in Latin America.
