    Position summary

    ou will coordinate engineering requirements, partner with Evaluation and Systems engineering, contribute to the design and implementation of new test systems, upgrade existing ones, and lead the test operations team to execute test campaigns. Your experience and expertise will be utilized to solve problems, develop objectives, and impact both short-term and some long-term business goals. The position involves improving existing products and components, planning and executing within standard functional practices and procedures, and operating with some autonomy while receiving limited guidance from senior-level personnel.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering from an ABET university or college

    • At least 4 additional years of experience in an Engineering position

    • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Self-motivated and driven

    • Knowledge of fulfillment, assembly, instrumentation, and test disciplines

    • Familiarity with the TSE Department Sections and Sub-Sections

    • Engine and Rig test experience

    • Experience with finance and scheduling tools, Open plan, Clarity, Spotfire

    • Established project management skills and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

    • Very strong oral and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    • Ability to influence small team and across functions

    • Experience working with DoD and/or Commercial customer and processes

    • Active DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher
