Be accountable to the site leader for EH&S for the OWS Seoul Business
Support EH&S training / accident reporting
Coordinate technician training needs
Assist with making material demands, receipting of material and issuing to ensure a consistent supply of parts to the OWS Seoul business
Act as focal point for the application of airport passes and Visa country access and collaborate with the office manager to ensure their completion
Deputise for the Materials / Logistics coordinator as required
Qualification / Requirements:
Proven manpower and project management skills
Good team player with flexible approach and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral)
Good communication skills, verbal and writing in English.
Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills
Good IT software proficiency (MS office, SAP etc.)
