Hardware Owner is accountable for executing on issues pertaining to the lifecycle of their part (i.e., new-make manufacturing, field history/distress modes, part reparability, etc.). This includes experience in building supplier and overhaul relationships to improve part producibility, reduce losses, and reduce scrap rates. This individual will also lead or guide field investigations (including SPMT), product improvements, cost reductions, quality issues and engine/component tests, and will provide expertise and knowledge to support lean process improvements and the implementation of technical programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors /Masters/PhDs in Mechanical Engineering specialization with strong academic track
record.
Opportunities available across experience levels of 2 years to 7 years.
-Experience in Aviation Engines or Turbo machinery Design, Product support Engineering (PSE) or hardware ownership position.
Strong engineering problem solving capabilities.
Strong project management skills including cross-functional coordination of activities.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
