As a Field Service Engineer, preferably based in North-West Germany (https://e.g. Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bremen, Lower Saxony), your role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and maintenance for our additive metal printing systems, including Laser Machines. Key Responsibilities
System Installation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, and servicing of our advanced additive metal printing systems, ensuring they operate at their best.
Detailed Documentation: Precision matters, so you'll meticulously document service requirements in line with specifications. Manage and administer customer cases efficiently through our service CRM.
Customer Empowerment: Guide and support customers in the optimal use of our additive metal printing systems, delivering expert advice and assistance.
Emergency Response and Preventive Care: Be prepared for emergency visits and proactive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations for our clients.
Operational Excellence: Conduct systematic systems checks, adhering to a well-defined operations framework, and report any quality deviations from machine installations and operations.
Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Adaptability: Respond to the ever-changing demands of various situations, adjusting your approach to maintain top-notch service quality.

Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
Service & Field Services Experience: While experience is required, we're eager to help you grow in this role.
Technical Expertise: You should have a background as a trained electrical or mechanical engineering technician or similar qualification.
Willingness to Travel: Be ready for travel, ensuring our customers receive the support they need.
EU Work Permit: Ensure you have the right to work in the European Union.
Effective Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English are essential for this role.
