The GE Aerospace Engineering Team is looking for experienced mechanical design engineers who are ready to work on the fastest growing engine in Aviation history, GE9X. As part of the Lifecycle Engineering team, you will be part of the mechanical design team responsible for the hardware design within your assigned engine module, with teammates responsible for the hardware from the front to the back of the engine.
As an Advanced Lead Engineer, you will be the hardware owner for Fuel Nozzle designs. In this role, you will collaborate with our additive manufacturing fuel nozzle team, interfacing with systems, aero, thermal design and manufacturing support.
As a hardware owner you will be responsible for understanding distress modes, part reparability and durability.
