Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels
Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers; negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement; manage claims
Commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
Drive initiatives for deflation/inflation mitigation, aimed at helping and offsetting pressure on costs
Purchasing activities
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.)
Use some judgment and can propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems
Prioritize information for data analysis, use technical experience and analytical thinking
Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
This role requires strong experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management
English fluent knowledge
Czech knowledge would be considered a plus
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
