    Job Description

    You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and presentation of study results under the supervision of a dedicated mentor in the team. The task will involve investigations and studies regarding electrical drives for aviation with focus on both power converter and electrical machine as well as modeling and simulation studies.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Studying on the Bachelor/Master semesters of Electrical Engineering or similar, preferable electrical drives and power electronics background.

    • Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink or PLECS

    • Knowledge about power electronics architectures (single-level, multilevel converters)

    • Experience in the design of control systems for drive inverters (field oriented control, communication bus)

    • Fluency in English

    Desired qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Aviation aspects for electric propulsion power distribution system

    • Knowledge about electrical machines and their integration with the power converter

    • Self-directed, highly motivated and team player attitude

    • Ability to work in cross-functional global team in multi-cultural environments.

    • Passion for technology advancement
