Model Based Systems Engineer

h & Development and New Product Introduction programs

• Allocate system functional requirements into efficient software and firmware architectures

• Develop innovative technical solutions utilizing the full capabilities of GE Edison Works on development programs

• Perform modeling and analysis of system safety aspects of product design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field from an accredited university or college

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Model Based Systems Engineering

• This role is restricted to U.S. persons

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML in Cameo/NoMagic tool for the design and verification of systems

• Experience with scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
