Job Description Summary

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our production team helping to assemble a variety of electronic components for OEM and engine repair. You’ll be part of our teaming environment that’s using lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Perform visual & basic measurement inspection of parts subsequent to assembly steps. 

  • Cut, strip, and crimp wire. 

  • Performs functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (i.e. electrical, helium, and leak tests). 

  • Operate test equipment. 

  • Obtain all required certifications. 

  • Safely handle hazardous materials. 

  • Use a wide variety of hand and/or power tools. 

  • Conduct weight measuring. 
     

Requirements include: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 

  • Prior assembly experience. 

  • Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required (calipers, and scales). 

Desirable qualifications: 

  • Basic math, computer, and ERP skills. 

  • Basic written and verbal communications skills. 

  • Ability to cross-train as required. 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. 

  • Soldering and electronics manufacturing experience. 

  • Assembly experience. 

  • Braze experience. 

  • Dimensional and electrical training.
