Production Associate 2nd or 3rd shift

and grinders, NDT inspection, painting equipment, cranes, forklifts, ovens, blasting machines, ply cutters, layup tables, vacuum lines, CMM inspection machines, grinders, and similar machines.

• May run multiple machines.

• Perform intricate manual operations such as: layup, demold, de flash, kit cutting, and other similar operations.

• Develop and improve basic work instructions such as methods sheets, drawings, sketches, etc., using past job knowledge and skills.

• Work will involve a variety of metals, composite materials, and parts with close tolerances and fine finishes.

• Keep work area and equipment clean.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 1 year manufacturing or accredited Manufacturing Skills course

• Associate Degree in Machining Technology, Composites Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Prior Aircraft Engines operations experience.

• Prior experience with composite hardware layup and machining.

• Prior Lean Six Sigma Certification/Experience
