Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Review APQP requirements against the current quality system to find gap and, lead to  make and monitor the correcrive actions to close the gap in system.
• Deliver training for implementing APQP in NPI projects and  MOC projects.
• Involve QA team and other functions to generate SOW and standard work for APQP in NPI and MOC.
• Drive discussions needed for APQP projects and monitor the progress of the projects.
• Share best practice and lessons leaned with all functions involved.
• Get the site's quality system upgraded to incorporate and maintain the AS13100.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Have APQP experience in automobile industry.
