Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead programs and projects to create propulsion solutions for next-generation aircraft.
Build and execute aero-thermal models and trade studies for new concepts and derivative engines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess technology capabilities and maturity.
Execute analysis and evaluation of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with business standards and product requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and timely communication of technical data and project status.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Over 7 years of experience in an aero-thermal and/or performance-based engineering position.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
Experience with engine cycle modeling or component aero design.
Proficiency in NPSS, Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
Ability to guide and influence others.
