Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in a Systems Engineering or Program/Product Management role).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical and program/project management leadership experience in aerospace or similar industries.
Must be able to obtain a US Top Secret Government Security Clearance.
Active US government Secret Security Clearance, preferred with AP approval
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across the matrix
Familiarity with military-unique advanced engine technologies
Experience with GE NPI Tollgate and Military Qualification processes
Ability to achieve business outcomes while maintaining compliance to security requirements
Direct people-leadership experience
Program Management experience (EVM, IMS, Business Operations)
Product Management experience (PCB, CCB, Safety PMT)
Airframer Integration (Technical and Programmatic)
Developing and negotiating proposals
Direct interaction with customers (Airframers and US Gov't)

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
