Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Disciplinary Engineering and Science

Desired Characteristics

• Master's degree in engineering

• Expertise / experience in composite materials applications engineering preferably related to supporting the manufacture, design, and testing of PMC components.

• 3+ years of materials application engineer experience and familiar with production quality processes

• Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university

• Familiar with process modeling and / or strong computational skills that could be developed for this capability

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to successfully work in a team environment
